Belarusian Filmmakers' Network (BFN) experts in collaboration with external film industry professionals have selected a shortlist of the micro-budget film incubator contest. 

On December 1, 2023, the work of the script laboratory started. The authors of the projects shortlisted in the BFN incubator will work on the scripts of their debut feature films with support of experienced filmmakers.

"Simultaneously with the selection of the shortlisted projects, we adjusted the format of work within the incubator. The main task at the first stage, the script lab, is to obtain five production-ready feature film scripts. At this stage, the role of the curator is extremely important, and we selected the curators who would best fit a specific project," says Vladimir Kozlov, co-founder of BFN and project manager of the micro-budget film incubator.

On January 24, 2024, BFN will name two projects that will receive micro-budget funding.
