Belarusian Filmmakers’ Network (BFN) announces an open call for participants for the third BarCamp+, which will take place on March 13–15, 2026, in Warsaw!

This meeting will mark an important stage in the development of the network. In 2026, BFN is preparing to register as a legal organization, and this year’s BarCamp+ will be held as a working and strategic session where participants will jointly design the future structure of the organization.

During BarCamp+, participants will:

• develop a governance and decision-making model,
• define roles and responsibilities,
• create practical tools to support Belarusian filmmakers.

This is not just a conference, but a space where everyone can influence what independent Belarusian cinema will look like tomorrow,” —  says organizer Leonid Kalitenya.

Participation Conditions

For current BFN members:
— participation is free of charge,
— travel, accommodation, and meals will be covered.

For non-members:
— registration fee: 10 EUR (collected funds will go to the BFN micro-budget independent film support fund),
— travel and accommodation costs are not covered.

Belarusian Filmmakers’ Network is an initiative aimed at developing independent Belarusian cinema, promoting it nationally and internationally, and integrating Belarusian filmmakers into the global film industry.
